SHIPPING IS BASED ON SIZE/WEIGHT OF PACKAGE AND PACKAGE DESTINATION. WE SHIP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN CALIFORNIA. ONCE ALL ITEMS ARE PACKAGED AND WEIGHED, SHIPPING COSTS ARE THEN DETERMINED AND ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE.

Continental US - Shipping is via UPS GROUND

Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii - Shipping is via US PRIORITY MAIL with Delivery Confirmation.

Canada - Shipping is via UPS GROUND  (Canadian customers also subject to additional brokerage fees/duties  which are due upon delivery to UPS driver). Please contact UPS CANADA for info. on their brokerage/duty fees.

We make every effort to ship your order out as fast as possible.  Depending on the day, time of day and our existing order load, we will attempt to ship your order out the same day we receive it.  Due to these multiple factors, we can not guarantee your order will leave our warehouse the day we receive it.

Typically, your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of us receiving the order and getting a credit card & address approval. We do not ship on weekends.  Declined credit cards or invalid addresses could delay your order longer.

  We will email you with your exact total and tracking number once your items have shipped. It will then take standard shipping times (depending on the carrier used) to reach you. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once items have been picked up by the chosen carrier.

Overnight shipping is available (please note that overnight shipping can be very expensive). Please email us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER if you need this service.
