Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects or products damaged during shipping. To qualify for a return authorization, orders with defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to BagsRep.com via phone or email within three (3) days receiving your order. If an order is found to contain manufacturing defects, BagsRep.com will credit back your credit card for the amount of the damaged/defective item.

 

BEFORE signing for any shipment documents, customers are advised to inspect all packages received and to report any damages immediately to the freight company. Please be sure to note damages on the delivery paperwork and contact BagsRep.com ASAP.
