Setting up an account to place your first order is fast and simple!! (you only need to set up on first order)

A) Click "Log-In" (located on upper right hand side of page)

B) Under NEW CUSTOMER....click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT"

C) Fill in all the info. where you see an (*) to the right of the open box

D) Be sure to type in a password where you are asked to do so (NOTE: passwords are CASE SENSITIVE)

SIMPLY TYPE IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS/PASSWORD EVERYTIME YOU VISIT THE SITE TO PLACE AN ORDER

We do not take phone orders but you are welcome to call in your personal informaton (credit card, address etc.) and we will gladly record the information. We will then instruct you how to place your order.

Yes. Please use our fax form that can easily be printed out. The fax form is located on the top task bar of every page. You will see a button noted as "FAX FORM". Please click "FAX FORM" and then print as many copies as needed. Clearly fill out form and fax to 213-234-4592.
